Before you book
How do consultations take place?
All consultations are held online over Microsoft Teams. We email you a Teams meeting link when we confirm your booking. We do not offer in-person meetings.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
How much does a consultation cost?
Immigration consultations are $157.50 (includes 5% GST) for 30 minutes or $262.50 (includes 5% GST) for one hour. Business immigration consultations are $525.00 (includes 5% GST), and refusal reviews are $262.50 (includes 5% GST). If you retain us for your application, the consultation fee is credited toward your service fees.
Can I pay in installments?
Consultation fees are paid in full through our secure booking calendar when you book. Service fees for a retained application can be paid in installments.
